style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Alcald\u00eda de Santa Marta, a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Catastro Multiprop\u00f3sito iniciar\u00e1 la actualizaci\u00f3n catastral en el territorio distrital, la cual se encuentra reglamentada con el Decreto 139 de 28 de julio de 2022.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La actividad que busca actualizar el inventario de inmuebles de casas y lotes en el Distrito, iniciar\u00e1 con la intervenci\u00f3n en el sector de Pozos Colorados,\u00a0\u00a0delimitado por el Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Agust\u00edn Codazzi\u00a0\u00a0y corresponde el tramo de la v\u00eda Troncal del Caribe hacia el occidente.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ello, se realiza el proceso de socializaci\u00f3n con la comunidad de los sectores escogidos, como tambi\u00e9n a los l\u00edderes comunales, ediles, gremios y alcalde de la localidad.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>BENEFICIOS: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la actualizaci\u00f3n de este sector se espera ofrecer informaci\u00f3n catastral como insumo para la implementaci\u00f3n de diferentes pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, programas, proyectos y en general, la toma de decisiones a nivel distrital, departamental, regional y nacional.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s\u00a0\u00a0permite que los ciudadanos puedan iniciar tr\u00e1mites o tener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en procesos de formalizaci\u00f3n o acceso a cr\u00e9ditos.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>GESTOR CATASTRAL: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe recordar, que la Alcald\u00eda Distrital de Santa Marta hace parte una de los 44 gestores habilitados por parte del Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Agust\u00edn Codazzi \u2013 IGAC, medida que\u00a0\u00a0le permite prestar el servicio p\u00fablico catastral con miras a tener un control y un orden en el territorio para un mayor seguimiento de los predios, del uso del suelo y de todos los servicios que presta el Distrito de Santa Marta en materia de suelo.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Santa Marta, la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Catastro Multiprop\u00f3sito es operada por la Empresa de Desarrollo y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbano Sostenible, EDUS, siguiendo las directrices de la alcaldesa Virna Johnson.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
