style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Alcald\u00eda Distrital, a trav\u00e9s de la Empresa de Desarrollo y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbano Sostenible, EDUS, informa a la comunidad que, debido a las lluvias presentadas en la ciudad en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, las corrent\u00edas superficiales han generado da\u00f1os en la v\u00eda con arrastre de material grueso y lodo, provocando trastornos en la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular por la v\u00eda principal de Timayu\u00ed\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por tal motivo, y con el fin de buscar soluciones que beneficien a los residentes de este barrio, en concertaci\u00f3n con la comunidad y en acciones articuladas, se iniciaron trabajos de canalizaci\u00f3n para drenar los encharcamientos de agua y realizar labores de relleno en las pr\u00f3ximas horas para mitigar la situaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debido a esto, se vienen realizando cierres preventivos con el fin de adelantar las actividades con celeridad.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed mismo, se coordin\u00f3 para la pr\u00f3xima semana el perfilamiento de la v\u00eda con una motoniveladora, para facilitar el tr\u00e1nsito automotor y de los peatones.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto de pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle principal de Timayu\u00ed se encuentra actualmente en construcci\u00f3n de las redes h\u00famedas de alcantarillado y seguidamente de acueducto, infraestructura necesaria que garantizar\u00e1 la durabilidad del pavimento.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los Gobiernos del Cambio siguen cumpliendo con acciones que transforman a Santa Marta con obras que mejoran la calidad de vida de los samarios y generan desarrollo tur\u00edstico y econ\u00f3mico al Distrito.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
