{"id":8806,"date":"2022-05-10T21:03:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T21:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edus.gov.co\/?p=8806"},"modified":"2022-05-16T21:53:26","modified_gmt":"2022-05-16T21:53:26","slug":"el-distrito-avanza-en-la-incorporacion-del-catastro-multiproposito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edus.gov.co\/en\/el-distrito-avanza-en-la-incorporacion-del-catastro-multiproposito\/","title":{"rendered":"El Distrito avanza en la incorporaci\u00f3n del Catastro Multiprop\u00f3sito\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"8806\" class=\"elementor elementor-8806\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-687bb192 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"687bb192\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4f30bfab\" data-id=\"4f30bfab\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2330fad3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2330fad3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La Alcald\u00eda de Santa Marta es uno de los 17 gestores catastrales de Colombia habilitados por el IGAC, empoderando al Distrito en la prestaci\u00f3n de este servicio p\u00fablico y lograr la actualizaci\u00f3n catastral de manera r\u00e1pida.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La Empresa de Desarrollo y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbano Sostenible, EDUS fue escogida como el operador de la Unidad Administrativa de Catastro Multiprop\u00f3sito, siguiendo de esta manera las directrices de la alcaldesa Virna Johnson, de cumplir con la actualizaci\u00f3n de la base catastral del Distrito.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Con el Catastro Multiprop\u00f3sito, la informaci\u00f3n predial ser\u00e1 un insumo para tomar mejores decisiones en Santa Marta, adem\u00e1s de facilitar los procesos de formalizaci\u00f3n de barrios para que la ciudad siga cambiando.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Esta herramienta ayudar\u00e1 en el avance operativo de programas como \u2018Legalizaci\u00f3n de Barrios y Titulaci\u00f3n de Predios\u2019, as\u00ed como en la expedici\u00f3n de los certificados de estratificaci\u00f3n y nomenclatura y todo lo concerniente al desarrollo urban\u00edstico del Distrito.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El Catastro Multiprop\u00f3sito es un sistema de informaci\u00f3n que registra datos actualizados del territorio, basado en predios formales e informales.
