996 metros lineales de alcantarillado, la reposici\u00f3n de redes y la instalaci\u00f3n de dos tramos de colectores de aguas residuales, avanza la recuperaci\u00f3n de la malla vial de la calle 14 de Gaira, obras que mejorar\u00e1n sustancialmente la movilidad, facilitar\u00e1n el acceso y acabar\u00e1n con las inundaciones en esa zona del Distrito.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">As\u00ed lo constat\u00f3 el gerente de la Empresa de Desarrollo y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbano Sostenible, EDUS, ingeniero Orlando V\u00e9lez Fern\u00e1ndez, quien, junto al equipo t\u00e9cnico de la entidad, hicieron un recorrido para inspeccionar los trabajos que adelanta la empresa contratista.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Este proyecto contempla 2.574 metros cuadrados de pavimentaci\u00f3n y proporciona otros beneficios como la valorizaci\u00f3n de las viviendas aleda\u00f1as perteneciente al barrio Villa Berl\u00edn, impactando a 2.360 personas incluyendo a habitantes de la zona centro, La Coquera y parte del cerro de San Jacinto.<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La comunidad se encuentra complacida con la recuperaci\u00f3n de esta v\u00eda, que trae consigo el mejoramiento de la recolecci\u00f3n y transporte de aguas residuales, la distribuci\u00f3n de agua potable, la mitigaci\u00f3n de las inundaciones de las aguas lluvias y el reducido tr\u00e1fico vehicular.\u00a0<u><\/u>\u00a0<u><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Con estos trabajos liderados por la Alcald\u00eda Distrital y contemplados en el Plan de Desarrollo Santa Marta Coraz\u00f3n del Cambio, se pondr\u00e1 fin a un problema que por d\u00e9cadas afectaba a residentes de este sector.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c0d47f5 elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-stretched elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c0d47f5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-background-overlay\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b3f40b9\" data-id=\"b3f40b9\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-939a1e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"939a1e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00daltimas Noticias<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la instalaci\u00f3n de 677 metros lineales de acueducto;
