As\u00ed mismo, respondi\u00f3 a las inquietudes de los ediles de la comunidad.<\/p><p>Actualmente, la EDUS, se encuentra desarrollando una obra a la altura del anillo vial del Barrio El Pando, la cual hace parte del Proyecto Malla Vial I y consiste en la intervenci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 5.000 metros cuadrados de pavimento, 3.300 metros cuadrados de espacio p\u00fablico, instalaci\u00f3n de una nueva red de acueducto y una nueva red de alcantarillado sanitario.<\/p><p>La Alcald\u00eda del cambio, a trav\u00e9s de la EDUS, se encuentra estructurando el programa Mi Calle en varios tramos de esta localidad, que contempla la realizaci\u00f3n de obras similares en cada uno de estos sectores.<br \/>La Empresa de Desarrollo y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbano Sostenible, le apuesta a un esquema de trabajo colaborativo con la comunidad, en el que sigue trabajando en equipo para lograr una Santa Marta m\u00e1s equitativa, solidaria, productiva, moderna y sostenible.<a
