class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Empresa de Desarrollo y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbano Sostenible \u2013EDUS\u2013 socializ\u00f3 con la comunidad del barrio San Mart\u00edn el inicio de la obra que pondr\u00e1 fin a a\u00f1os de espera y dificultades de movilidad: la construcci\u00f3n de 68 metros lineales de pavimento r\u00edgido y la instalaci\u00f3n de la red de alcantarillado en la calle 3 entre carreras 2 y 3.<\/p><p>El proyecto, con una inversi\u00f3n de $261.631.682,20, representa un avance en la dignificaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de vida de las familias de este sector, quienes ser\u00e1n las principales beneficiadas con un entorno m\u00e1s seguro y salubre.<\/p><p>A partir de ma\u00f1ana iniciar\u00e1 la firma de las actas de vecindad, paso fundamental para garantizar que la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra se realice de la mano con la comunidad.<\/p><p>Bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Carlos Pinedo Cuello y la gesti\u00f3n de la EDUS, se siguen materializando proyectos que no solo mejoran la movilidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n garantizan progreso y bienestar para los
